For e-tailers

For e-tailers, the M:AI REST API requires the Business plan or larger to work.
For partners, the M:AI REST API works on all paid plans.

E-tailers create their own API credentials by logging into their M:AI account.

If you have multiple stores (or a multi-shop), you’ll need separate accounts to create API credentials for each of your M:AI accounts.

First, make sure that you have an M:AI account. If we are partnered with your e-commerce platform, they will create an account for you. If not, please contact us, and we will create the account for you.

For partners

For partners, the M:AI REST API works on all paid plans.

Our partners have their own partner account through the Mesh Nordic partner program. If you’re not a partner yet, then simply apply to accelerate your business!

Add and enable M:AI in your theme

After you've imported all of your products from your ecommerce site to M:AI, you need to enable the M:AI search bar in your ecommerce theme.

Replace your current search bar in your ecommerce site with an intelligent AI search bar.
