How do I pay for a plan?

When you want to start a subscription to M:AI platform.




M:AI Search will help you get MORE orders while M:AI Recommendations will help you to get BIGGER orders.

We recommend using M:AI Search and M:AI Recommendations together for you to maximize your sales.


  1. Sign in. Use the "Go to M:AI admin" button, found in our Shopify app, or the "Open M:AI Admin Panel" button found in our WooCommerce app.
  2. On your M:AI dashboard > Click the "Upgrade"-button next to "M:AI Search", on your right hand side,
  3. A list of our subscription plans are displayed. Select the plan size we agreed upon, we recommend PREMIUM since it gives you the highest boost in sales.


  • In Shopify, you don't have to fill in your card details since we use Shopify's own payment gateway.
  • In WooCommerce, simply fill in your card details. All payments are handled securely by Stripe payment.


Your subscription will renew automatically every month.



M:AI Recommendations


You pay separately for M:AI Recommendations. Recommendations are not activated when paying for M:AI Search.


Click the "Upgrade"-button next to M:AI Recommendations. A list of our recommendation plans are displayed and you simply select then plan you would like. We recommend PREMIUM since it gives you the highest boost in sales. Fill in your card details and then your subscription will renew automatically every month.
