Shopify

1. If you use Shopify as platform, and M:AI Search, then all your invoices and receipts are stored on your Shopify invoice. Shopify invoices you for all your Shopify apps.

M:AI Recommendations invoices are stored separately, see article below.

You find Shopify app invoices in Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin, under the "Past bills" section where you can click any bill for details, or for a specific app, go to Settings > Apps, click the app, and find the "Billing and usage charges" section to view the current invoice. Shopify also emails these bills to the store owner, including itemized app charges.

WooCommerce

2. If you use WooCommerce as platform, login to Stripe customer portal.

Stripe handles our card payments and all your invoices and receipts are stored on Stripe customer portal.

Click the Upgrade-button for M:AI Search on your M:AI admin dashboard:

Enter your email address and click Send.

You'll receive an email with a URL which you click to login to Stripe customer portal.

M:AI Recommendations

All platforms

3. To find your invoices and receipts for M:AI Recommendations, login to Stripe customer portal.

You have two separate payment accounts for M:AI Search and M:AI Recommendations since two separate payments are processed.

Click the Upgrade-button for M:AI Recommendations on your M:AI admin dashboard:

Enter your email address and click Send.

You'll receive an email with a URL which you click to login to Stripe customer portal.
