Admin: Overview of Lists
How are lists useful and why do we use them?
P.S. We describe the Premium plan unless otherwise stated.
Lists are used to display large amounts of data and throughout the admin dashboard you’ll find different lists. Products use a list to display all your products but also Brands, Synonyms, Integration etc. use a list.
Lists are very flexible; Columns can be hidden or visible and even drag-n-dropped to the location you want that specific column. Almost all fields can also be both searched on and filtered on in so many ways!
Feel free to select any columns you want to display:
It’s possible to search for column title:
Drag-n-drop any column to a place where you want it - don’t stress - move the columns slowly and they will “stick”:
Most columns can be sorted in ASC, DESC or default mode:
Most columns may also be pinned to the left or right, filtered on, hidden etc:
Most columns can be filtered in lots of ways. Select the columns you want to filter on:
Select HOW you want to filter it:
And on WHICH WORD(S) you want to filter:
Click outside to close the filter. Now a filter is active, as you can see 1 filter is active and the “Name” column has a new filter-icon on it since that’s the column that’s being filtered:
It’s even possible to add several filters using and/or, and select other columns to filter on as well - at the same time:
Click “Remove all” to get rid of all filters.
The search in admin will search all the available data and columns. Matches are highlighted in color:
It also searches for SKU + EAN:
And variants:
And it even works well with spelling errors!:
You may edit each row in a list by using the …-icon on the right hand side. Usually the options are to Add, Edit, Delete the row:

Add, Edit, Delete a row
