Products: Edit a product > Variants (Part 2/2)

Continuing on from article part 1/2, adding variant values.
Right now we only have one variant called "Pattern" with one value called "Squares".
Click "+ Add variant" to add a new variant value:
On the new product variant page, use the down arrow to select the variant name "Pattern":
Tip! You may even search for variant names by typing the letter you want to search for, ie. "p":
When "Pattern" is selected, go to Variant value to add one more value to our variant. Let's call this alternative pattern for "Worms".
Click "+ Add 'Worms" or whichever value you entered:
This window is displayed and since we've selected "External images" as our variant type you need to enter the url to the image that looks like the pattern of "Worms". Also add additional languages if needed.
Click "Create" when done:
"Worms" is now added to Pattern:
Tip! By removing the text from the field we can see all the values belonging to a variant:
Tip! Same with Variant name, remove the text to see all existing variants:
Now we've created a variant name with two values!
Fill in the rest of the additional information to the variant value.
All fields are optional except the two fields in "Variants" that's mandatory.
Click "Create" to create your second variant value called "Worms" including all it's data!
What it may look like when all fields are filled in:
Now we've returned to the product, and if we scroll down to "Variants on this product" we'll see that this product now have two variant values:
Scroll back up to the product and click "Update" to save the product:

Add several variant values to a product

Now we've created a variant name with two values!
