Why give us access to your WooCommerce account?

By giving us access, we can complete the installation of M:AI AI Search in WooCommerce for you.

Before continuing, make sure you’ve followed the guide necessary settings in M:AI.

How to give access to WooCommerce?

Step-by-Step instructions

1. Go to WooCommerce Admin > Users > All users:

2. Click "Add a team member":

3. Setup user account

Set Role as Administrator.
Otherwise we won't be able to edit your design

Set "support@meshnordic.ai" as email

Mark the checkbox "This user is a contractor, freelancer, consultant, or agency."

Don't forget to Send invitation!



When you've sent the invitation you'll see our user in the Users > Team list:



ps. If you experience trouble giving us access, please follow WooCommerce's manual how to create an admin account.

You're done!

You'll receive an email when we've accepted your invitation.

Now we take over the rest of the installation and let you know when we're done!

How to delete access to WooCommerce?

When we're done with your installation of M:AI you may remove our user account from WooCommerce.

Step-by-Step instructions

1. Go to WooCommerce Admin > Users > All users:

2. Click on our user.

Our user "[support@meshnordic.ai](mailto:support@meshnordic.ai)" was assigned the username "supportaffa161925":

3. Delete our user.

When you delete our user you may attribute our content to another user:



Now you shouldn't see our user in the Users > Team list anymore:

You're done!

Now our user is deleted and we can't login to your WooCommerce Admin anymore.
